Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President to support the NFR Chief Operating Office (COO) within the Non-Financial Risk organization. The role owns budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, monthly performance reporting, vendor strategy execution, and executive decision support through presentations and business cases.

The ideal candidate is a Vice President-level operations and finance leader supporting the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Chief Operating Office (COO). They have strong budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial performance reporting experience (budget vs. actuals, estimates, technology expense targets) and are comfortable leading vendor strategy and hiring pipeline processes while producing executive-level presentations and business cases.
