About this role
Ontic is looking for an Enterprise Success Manager to ensure clients realize value from the Protective Intelligence platform, managing post-sales lifecycle from implementation to renewal and growth across the West Territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Ontic Platform adoption
- Own client communication
- Identify growth potential and coordinate with Sales
- Forecast renewals and ensure retention
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams
Technical Overview
Tools include Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, JIRA, ChurnZero; focus on platform adoption, executive reviews, renewal forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an enterprise customer success manager with 4+ years in SaaS, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA; willing to travel up to 30%.
