Enterprise Webcast & AV Specialist at Biogen Cambridge provides planning, coordination, and hands-on leadership for enterprise streaming and live events, ensuring platform readiness and rapid incident resolution. The role acts as a secondary escalation point for webcast platforms and collaborates with Corporate Communications, Digital Workplace, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, testing, and operational readiness of enterprise streaming platforms such as Kaltura and webcast encoders
- Ownership of incident troubleshooting and service improvement initiatives
- Schedule and plan AV/webcast events, aligning stakeholders
- Oversee operations of custom AV spaces on campus
- Validate platform health and conduct pre-event streaming path testing
Technical Overview
Focuses on live event production, streaming architectures (Kaltura, CDN, encoders), pre-event testing, and ITSM ticket resolution. Emphasizes platform health, risk mitigation, and improvements to Biogen’s global AV webcast service portfolio.
