Schedule and plan AV/webcast events, aligning stakeholders
Oversee operations of custom AV spaces on campus
Validate platform health and conduct pre-event streaming path testing

Focuses on live event production, streaming architectures (Kaltura, CDN, encoders), pre-event testing, and ITSM ticket resolution. Emphasizes platform health, risk mitigation, and improvements to Biogen’s global AV webcast service portfolio.
