Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Support data analysis to identify trends and improvements to operational processes
- Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect tracking
