Entry-level IT Support Desk Technician providing first-line end-user support for Windows and Office 365 in a remote/onsite hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and triage incoming support requests
- Provide first-level telephone, email, remote and onsite support
- Work with third parties/vendors for warranty/support
- Document technical support issues and resolutions
- Maintain time tracking and certifications
