About this role
Xtensys is hiring an Epic Analyst – Patient Access to provide advanced system-level support for Epic Patient Access applications. The role supports implementations, upgrades, optimization, and user training while partnering with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Epic Patient Access applications (troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, optimization)
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to resolve system issues and improve workflows
- Participate in project planning (scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines)
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Deliver user training and analyze performance/user needs to drive continuous improvement
