Epic EHR Development Lead-Senior Manager drives design, configuration, and optimization of Epic EHR solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains, ensuring alignment with workflows and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee Epic upgrades and integrations
- Engage clinicians and business partners to translate needs into Epic solutions
Technical Overview
Hands-on Epic build/config across modules with HL7/FHIR interoperability, APIs, and UAT; ensures security/compliance; leads complex Epic projects.

The ideal candidate is a senior Epic EHR developer/lead with 7+ years of Epic experience, active Epic certifications, and strong leadership capabilities to drive large Epic initiatives aligned to clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills
7+ years Epic EHR experienceincluding hands-on build and configuration3+ years in a leadsenior analystor supervisory role supporting Epic systemsActive Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modulesStrong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operationsExperience leading complex Epic projects or large-scale implementationsBachelor's degree in Information SystemsHealthcare InformaticsComputer Scienceor a related field (or equivalent experience)Excellent communicationleadershipand stakeholder management skills
