Epic EHR Development Lead directs design, configuration, and optimization of Epic EHR solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains, ensuring alignment with workflows and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Epic development and configuration across modules
Define Epic development standards and governance
Align Epic work with organizational strategy
Oversee Epic upgrades and integrations
Engage clinical stakeholders to translate needs into Epic solutions

Technical Overview

Hands-on Epic build/config across modules (ClinDoc, Orders, Cadence, Prelude, Resolute, Willow, Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, MyChart) with HL7/FHIR interoperability, APIs, and UAT; ensures security and compliance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Epic EHR developer/lead with 7+ years of Epic experience, active Epic certifications, and strong leadership capabilities to drive large Epic initiatives aligned to clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills
