About this role
Epic Orders Analyst provides build, testing, and optimization of Epic Orders workflows in a remote setting. Only EPIC-certified candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application build and configuration for Epic Orders workflows
- Collaborate with clinicians to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality
- Participate in system testing, integrated validation, and change management
- Troubleshoot issues escalated via ServiceNow
- Support compliance with standards
Technical Overview
Epic Orders workflows include CPOE, order sets, protocols and decision support; use ServiceNow for issue tracking; on-call support and testing/validation are required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Epic-certified orders analyst with hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Epic Orders workflows (CPOE, order sets, protocols, and decision support). They should collaborate with clinical staff, manage on-call issues, and drive testing/validation processes.
