About this role
Senior CAE Engineer supporting Polaris electrified powertrain systems with emphasis on ePT components, system characterization, and design validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration of EV components within the electrification powertrain system and perform tradeoff analysis
- Own and maintain overall EV system characterization
- Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA and boundary diagram activities
- Support DVP&Rs and ISO/QMS documentation
- Coach junior engineers

Deep specialty in 1-D tools (AMESIM/GT-Power), DFMEA/PFMEA, risk analyses, and design optimization for automotive energy storage and propulsion.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior CAE engineer with 3+ years in automotive ePT systems, proficient with 1-D tools (AMESIM/GT-Power), DFMEA/PFMEA, and design of experiments. They should excel in cross-functional teamwork and ISO/QMS documentation.
Must-Have Skills
