About this role

Performs semi-routine electro-mechanical maintenance tasks on production equipment, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, calibrating equipment, and supporting installation/movement of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Train and coordinate machine operators in maintenance
Troubleshoot non-functioning equipment
Dismantle/adjust/repair/assemble equipment per plans
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document results
Calibrate equipment using test equipment

Technical Overview

Hands-on maintenance of electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment; uses test/diagnostic tools; maintains maintenance documentation; preferred experience with Maximo/CMMS and blueprints.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level maintenance technician with electro-mechanical PM experience in a manufacturing setting, capable of troubleshooting and calibrating equipment, and familiar with Maximo/CMMS.

Must-Have Skills

Two (2) to four (4) years prior work experience in electro-mechanical equipment PMs and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environmentAssociates degree in Electrical Engineering Technology preferredReading and interpreting blueprints and layout plans

Nice-to-Have Skills

CNC PMs and repairs highly preferredMaximo or other CMMS experience highly preferredForklift certification (preferred)
