About this role
Account Manager for DrChrono within EverCommerce, responsible for maintaining existing DrChrono accounts, preventing churn, and educating customers on new product offerings. This is a remote US-based role with cross-functional collaboration to keep existing business growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain existing contracts
- Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls from DrChrono customers
- Resolve customer complaints from your territory
- Identify and escalate priority issues, bugs, or product feature recommendations
- Educate DrChrono customers about new product offerings
Technical Overview
Roles involve working with DrChrono and related healthcare IT tools; optional Salesforce usage and other collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, GSuite, Docusign) to manage accounts and communications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an account manager with healthcare SaaS experience, comfortable with remote work, and a background in customer service. They should be able to leverage Salesforce and DrChrono to prevent churn and optimize client accounts.
