Marketing Automation Manager to design, build, and operate scalable lifecycle journeys for EverCommerce's SaaS solutions, driving pipeline efficiency and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day lifecycle and marketing automation activities across campaigns
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys
- Ensure accurate lifecycle tracking across connected Salesforce instances and proper attribution
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, copywriters, designers, and analysts
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot data issues
Technical Overview
Primarily using Marketo with Salesforce integration; focus on audience segmentation, personalization, QA, attribution, and cross-functional collaboration across Demand, Digital, Customer Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level marketing automation expert with 4+ years of experience, proficient in Marketo and HubSpot, and skilled at integrating Salesforce CRM data to drive lifecycle campaigns and measurable ROI.
