About this role
This Executive Assistant role supports the Global Head of Financial Services, Corporates & Ecosystem Coverage within S&P Global. The position focuses on executive scheduling, international travel planning, event logistics, expense processing, and contract signatory workflow support in the Chief Client Office organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedules
- Book complex international travel, arrange visas, and coordinate itineraries
- Plan and schedule meetings, town halls, offsites, webinars and supporting logistics
- Manage timely expense processing and ensure system approvals are completed
- Manage signatory processes for executable contracts
