About this role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to a Vice President for Select and Middle Market Accounts. This role manages complex scheduling, coordinates leadership events, prepares executive presentations and reports, and maintains key collaboration resources in SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the SVP's calendar
- Coordinate logistics for leadership forums and client engagements
- Prepare executive presentations and reports
- Maintain SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and organizational charts
- Track action items and liaise with IT/Facilities/HRBP
Technical Overview
The role requires strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise tools including Workday, Concur, and SharePoint for organizational operations and documentation. It supports executive workflows by managing calendars, tracking action items, and producing operating model review and strategic planning materials.

The ideal candidate is an executive assistant with 8+ years supporting senior executives (SVPs and VPs), ideally within healthcare or insurance/client services. They are highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems including Workday, Concur, and SharePoint, and they can manage sensitive information with discretion.
