About this role
Executive Chef Vanderpump will assist the Executive Chef with daily BOH operations, maintain high culinary standards, and lead a large culinary team at Paris Las Vegas.
Key Responsibilities
- Run all aspects of daily BOH operations including managing staff schedules and station assignments
- Ordering and receiving product, prep lists and instructions for the team, quality checking
- Design and implement menus
- Set and maintain high standards of food quality
- Ensure health and safety inspections
Technical Overview
Oversee daily kitchen operations, menu design, food cost control, and safety/compliance programs; drive training and quality assurance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced executive chef with 5+ years in luxury hotel or fine dining, capable of leading a large kitchen, maintaining top culinary standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
