Manage and analyze executive compensation programs to keep them competitive, equitable, and aligned with company strategy. Lead program ownership across annual cycles, benchmarking, incentives, equity, governance deliverables, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead executive compensation programs and initiatives with HR, Finance, Legal, People Systems, and senior leadership
Serve as program lead for annual executive compensation cycles, incentive design, benchmarking, and governance deliverables
Analyze executive compensation data and create executive-level reports, dashboards, and insights
Manage the design and ongoing evaluation of incentive plans and executive compensation structures, including base pay and equity
Oversee preparation of executive compensation materials, disclosures, and supporting documentation for compliance and accuracy

Technical Overview

Focuses on compensation analytics and governance reporting, including executive-level data analysis, dashboards/insights, and preparation of executive compensation materials and disclosures. Ensures regulatory compliance with SEC disclosure rules and tax regulations.
