Expense Accountant Associate II supports MassMutual's Wealth Management finance function by owning end-to-end expense accounting, reporting, and forecasting with a focus on automation and insights for leadership.

• Own expense accounting and monthly close
• Analyze expense results and forecasting
• Maintain annual budgets
• Oversee accounts payable
• Cost allocations and headcount forecasting

Emphasis on US GAAP, monthly close processes, and data tooling (SAP, Anaplan, MicroStrategy, Alteryx); strong Excel reporting and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate is an accounting professional with 4+ years of expense accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with SAP/Anaplan/MicroStrategy/Alteryx to automate and enhance reporting for MassMutual Wealth Management.
