Experience Analyst designs software interfaces, defines product requirements, tests features, and demos to clients while creating content for inbound marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the client to define new software products
- Design attractive, easy to use software interfaces
- Condense business needs into documents for the development team
- Thoroughly test new features, log bugs and demo them to clients
- Create content for inbound marketing including infographics, blogs, and case studies
Technical Overview
Strong emphasis on UI design, documentation, bug tracking, and collaboration with clients and developers; uses HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau for analytics and operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Experience Analyst with 3+ years of experience defining software products, designing interfaces, testing features, and communicating with clients. A portfolio or work samples will be reviewed during interviews.
