About this role
Griffin Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team and own the guest experience across services, boutiques, and retail. The EM drives top-line sales, manages schedules and payroll, and ensures adherence to Ulta Beauty policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals (services, boutiques, retail, guest loyalty)
- Attract, hire, and build a diverse, high-performing team
- Lead the Guest Engagement Leader program and drive APG metrics
- Oversee scheduling, payroll budgets, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with policies, infection control, and loss prevention
Technical Overview
Focus on retail operations, performance metrics like NPS, and customer engagement. Tools include scheduling tools, POS systems, and Microsoft Office; role requires knowledge of infection control and brand standards.
