About this role
Contract Expert Consultant to provide strategic oversight of data pipelines and GenAI data processes. Responsible for mentoring, data quality, and evaluating AI systems across GenAI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted domain advisor to cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior team members
- Champion data quality and standardized data outputs
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize model-in-the-loop and human-in-the-loop approaches
- Develop demonstrations to illustrate 'what good data looks like'
Technical Overview
Focus on data science, ML modeling, data querying with SQL, scripting with Python/R, and GenAI/LLM applications. Emphasis on building benchmarks, data pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level data scientist with 2+ years of DS experience, strong SQL/Python/R/SAS/Matlab skills, and experience building GenAI/LLM data pipelines. They should be comfortable mentoring others and interfacing with cross-functional teams on GenAI benchmarks and production-ready data solutions.
