About this role
Lead and coordinate the ET As-Built Program at PG&E, driving process improvements for field asset documentation and data quality. Manage governance committee interactions, sponsor communications, and project delivery using the IDSEC model in a hybrid Oakland/Pleasanton environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads Governance Committee meetings
- Manages IDSEC-based project lifecycles
- Develops and revises scopes of work to meet compliance
- Implements lean process improvements in as-built programs
- Performs in-depth QA reviews and contract drafts
Technical Overview
Focus on data modeling and ensuring asset registry ingestion quality; leverage Lean methods and regulatory/compliance considerations, with experience in contract drafting and QA reviews.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager with at least 8 years in project management and process improvement in the energy/utility sector. They should have strong data modeling, governance, and change-management skills, PMP certification preferred, and experience leading cross-functional teams on as-built initiatives.
