Key Responsibilities

Policy Analysis and Ownership
Lead DER valuation discussions with CPUC/CEC/CAISO
Author testimony and analytic support for regulatory filings
Develop analytical tools and valuation models
Project manage valuation efforts

Technical Overview

Analytical work includes econometric modeling, data analysis, and policy modeling; interfaces with CPUC, CEC, CAISO; develops tools to quantify DER value and support regulatory filings.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior economist or analyst with DER valuation expertise, strong regulatory experience, and the ability to influence policy and present to executive stakeholders.
