About this role
This Summer 2026 Food and Beverage intern role provides hands-on exposure to restaurant, banquet, and bar operations across multiple venues. You will support daily service, assist with event execution, and learn beverage and culinary operations while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations (guest service, seating management, kitchen coordination)
- Assist with Ramsay Kitchen fine dining operations and menu execution
- Help with banquet and special event planning, setup, and breakdown
- Observe and assist with bar operations including inventory management and alcohol service compliance
- Assist culinary team by observing food preparation and contributing to menu analysis

Ideal Candidate

They should be comfortable supporting restaurant, banquet, and bar operations while providing strong guest service and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
