Fab Manufacturing Quality Engineer responsible for sustaining and improving fab-wide quality systems, SPC, FMEA, data mining, and quality tooling to support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and implement quality management processes
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities
- Develop SPC standardization and data mining tools
- Review risk mitigation plans using FMEA
- Lead weekly quality meetings
Technical Overview
Deep focus on statistical quality control, data analysis, and quality toolchain (JMP, Klarity, FDC, Confluence, Spotfire); coding in JMP/SAS and Python; semiconductor fab context
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior manufacturing quality engineer with 12+ years in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing, strong SPC/FMEA/data mining skills, and experience coding in JMP/SAS to drive fab quality improvements.
