About this role

Lead the Facilities Equipment & Maintenance team on 1st shift, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of industrial equipment and plant systems at Fort Worth.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to supervise and execute all maintenance activities
Coordinate with other departments to avoid production interference
Monitor and track maintenance activities, including work orders and parts orders
Identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop a budget
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians

Technical Overview

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance technicians, coordinating with planners, and ensuring OSHA compliance; focus on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance leader with 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical/hydraulic systems, OSHA compliance, and proven ability to supervise a team and manage budgets.

Must-Have Skills
