Facilities Equipment & Maintenance Front Line Leader - 2nd Shift

Lead a team of union-covered maintenance technicians and manage the day-to-day equipment maintenance operations at Plant 5 on 2nd shift. Partner with maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure preventative and predictive maintenance is completed on time while maintaining OSHA-compliant safety and quality.

• Supervise and execute all maintenance activities;Coordinate with maintenance planner and scheduler for preventative and predictive maintenance;Monitor work orders, parts orders, and equipment performance data;Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance and audit work quality;Develop and maintain maintenance budget and drive continuous improvement

The role focuses on industrial equipment maintenance execution, tracking work orders, parts orders, and equipment performance data, and applying continuous improvement to reliability and cost. It emphasizes coordination with planners/schedulers and cross-functional teams to protect production schedules.
