About this role
Remote Facilities Maintenance Administrator role supporting the Facility Maintenance Department with office and business support services. You will manage calls, documentation, scheduling, and routine administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, scanning, document organization)
- Answer phones and route calls to vendors; respond to routine inquiries
- Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms; maintain calendars
- Prepare simple correspondence, forms, and reports
- Track expenses and assist with basic scheduling and business travel coordination
Technical Overview
Primarily office-administration focused work using Microsoft Office tools and business software applications for correspondence, reports, presentations, and record/calendar management. Also supports document handling such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of administrative experience supporting maintenance or office operations, with strong knowledge of maintenance terminology and basic administrative support procedures. They are proficient with Microsoft Office, excel at attention to detail and organization, and can handle phones, scheduling, and documentation tasks in a remote environment.
