Remote Facilities Maintenance Administrator role supporting the Facility Maintenance Department with office and business support services. You will manage calls, documentation, scheduling, and routine administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.

  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, scanning, document organization)
  • Answer phones and route calls to vendors; respond to routine inquiries
