About this role
The Facilities PM Technician ensures required safety standards while performing repair and maintenance of equipment, systems, buildings, and grounds across the PECO territory. The role includes troubleshooting, teardown and reassembly of machinery, and conducting test runs to confirm proper operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair all equipment from trouble analysis through completion
- Tear down machinery, replace parts, and reassemble
- Analyze equipment problems and make repairs with or without direct supervision
- Perform testing to ensure proper functioning per designed performance
