Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of facilities projects including planning, design, construction scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Oversee project execution and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, and change orders
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Bell health and safety standards
