About this role
Facility Maintenance Contract Analyst to draft, review, negotiate contracts and manage contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across vendor and customer agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts: support vendor/customer agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing arrangements
- Ensure terms align with applicable laws and company policies
- Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Manage centralized contract repository and lifecycle processes
- Identify and mitigate contractual risk

Contract management overseeing NDAs, service agreements, licensing; uses Ironclad and OneTrust for workflow and records; cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level contracts professional with 2+ years of contract management experience, skilled in negotiating vendor agreements, NDAs, and service agreements; proficient with Ironclad and OneTrust, and able to manage contract lifecycle and regulatory compliance in a remote setting.
