About this role
Oversee and perform maintenance for a production and warehouse facility, completing preventive maintenance and both scheduled and emergency repairs. Support TPM and RCM programs and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining safe and clean work areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete preventive maintenance (PM) work orders
- Perform scheduled repair work orders and unscheduled emergency repairs
- Support Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Read and understand blueprints and troubleshoot systems
- Participate in continuous improvement and maintain clean, organized maintenance areas
Technical Overview
Hands-on facility maintenance across electrical (110-480V), controls (AC/DC), hydraulic/plumbing/pneumatic systems, and refrigeration systems. Uses maintenance work order execution and blueprint reading to analyze performance trends and initiate corrective actions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a maintenance professional experienced in preventive maintenance programs and capable of completing both scheduled repairs and unscheduled emergency repairs. They understand electrical systems (including 110-480V), can read blueprints, and support Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
