About this role
Role focused on developing the U.S.-based fashion sales pipeline by converting warm inbound leads into customers for a global fashion production company. You will manage leads via CRM, prepare quotes, explain MOQs, and drive monthly targets with support from the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with incoming leads (phone and email)
- Consult clients on how fashion production works
- Prepare quotes and explain minimum order quantities
- Manage leads and follow-ups in the CRM
- Guide potential clients from first contact to closing
