About this role
Onboard and enable clients to set up 401(k) plans and payroll integrations, ensuring data is transmitted accurately and regulatory requirements are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage onboarding for 40-50 customers per month and maintain strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to identify needs and establish 401(k) plans
- Educate customers on choices for retirement savings
- Work cross-functionally with sales, activation, payroll, and product teams
- Manage data transmission integrity and integrations with payroll providers
- Draft procedures detailing payroll data flow and regulatory considerations
Technical Overview
Utilizes G Suite/Google Workspace for collaboration; manages data transmission and onboarding workflows; ensures regulatory compliance across SEC, DOL, and IRS guidelines.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer onboarding in a SaaS environment, experience with retirement plans or payroll providers, and strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. They're organized, process-driven, and able to translate client needs into seamless technical integrations across multiple payroll providers.
