About this role
The Fast Track Specialist supports newly signed customers by setting up 401(k) plans, enabling payroll integrations, and overseeing the first 401(k) contribution. The role ensures the data flow and integration are working correctly while keeping customers engaged and informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to establish 401(k) plans
- Educate newly signed customers on retirement plan choices
- Drive cross-functional onboarding with sales and account management
- Serve as main point of contact for technical integrations with 500+ payroll providers
- Evaluate data discrepancies and coordinate adjustments with compliance understanding
Technical Overview
You will manage technical integrations between clients and payroll providers, validate payroll-related data for accuracy and completeness, and troubleshoot issues affecting data flow. The work also includes documenting procedures and applying compliance knowledge involving SEC and DOL-related requirements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an organized, process-driven specialist who has experience setting up 401(k) plans and coordinating payroll integrations end-to-end. They can troubleshoot data and integration issues, educate customers on retirement plan choices, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Payroll Partners, Product, and Operations.
