About this role
This role supports the coordinated delivery of personal trust administration for a complex portfolio of affluent clients. You will provide comprehensive support to Trust Advisors by processing routine transactions, maintaining client records, using trust systems to monitor accounts and create reports, and helping drive sales retention efforts through scheduling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate day-to-day transactional needs including deposits, distributions, payments, and transfers
- Enter and maintain client records and monitor transactions and data accuracy and timeliness
- Use trust systems to affect transactions, monitor accounts, and create reports
- Respond to client requests within authority and provide exceptionally responsive personal service
- Support sales and retention with scheduling appointments, follow-up calls, and client meeting preparation
