Field Application Scientist Manager- North America

Lead and manage a remote team of Field Application Scientists/Specialists across North America to deliver technical excellence and support regional sales goals. Own product knowledge simplification, customer-centric support strategies, voice-of-customer feedback, and creation/review of technical documentation such as papers and posters.

• Lead/manage remote Field Application Scientists/Specialists (FAS) in North America
• Implement strategies for expert technical support to customers, sales, and distributors via phone, email, and customer visits
• Use structured problem-solving to identify and resolve customer needs
• Provide voice of customer to internal teams on product performance, implementation, and development
• Author/edit/review technical documentation (papers/posters) and provide training/documentation gap feedback

Technical scope centers on life science product application support, problem-solving for customer needs, and translating customer feedback into improvements to product performance, implementation, and training materials. Includes authoring and reviewing technical documents and coordinating with sales leadership.

The ideal candidate is a life science field application leader who has managed a remote team of Field Application Scientists/Specialists across North America. They bring strong structured problem-solving skills, deliver expert technical support to customers, sales, and distributors, and proactively capture and act on voice-of-customer feedback to improve product performance and training materials.
