Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze compensation data daily to ensure accurate payments
Research and respond to advisor and internal inquiries by gathering and validating information
Identify transactions that are not in good order and work with others to resolve issues
Enter and update information in internal systems accurately and efficiently
Identify patterns or recurring compensation issues and raise findings to prevent future problems
