Key Responsibilities
- Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision
- Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and work
- Assist in the preparation of work
- Support underground and foundation projects
- Participate in project estimating and bid review processes
Technical Overview
The position requires knowledge of construction management, civil, geotechnical, mining, or mechanical engineering principles, with skills in blueprint reading, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimation, primarily in heavy civil projects.
