About this role
Provide hands-on on-site IT support to clients by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Support Microsoft Office 365, manage printer setup/repair, resolve VOIP issues, perform system upgrades/maintenance, and document all service activity.

Technical Overview
Field IT support focused on end-user and client environments with troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks. Includes operational support for Microsoft Office 365, printer setup/configuration/repair, VOIP system issue resolution, and performing system upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance with documented service records.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an on-site Field IT Analyst who can deliver hands-on support to client end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They are comfortable supporting Microsoft Office 365 environments, handling printer setup/configuration/repair, and resolving VOIP issues, while keeping strong documentation and communication with clients.
