About this role
As Field Marketing Manager, you will build and execute a strategic field marketing motion that transforms Athennian’s field presence into a measurable pipeline driver. You will own conferences and executive activations end-to-end, then align onsite enablement and post-event follow-up with Sales using strong measurement and attribution practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute field marketing strategy as a revenue-driving channel
- Own end-to-end execution of field initiatives (conferences, dinners, activations)
- Manage vendors, contracts, and logistics for activations
- Align pre-event and post-event efforts with Sales for meeting acceleration
