Field Office Administrator (I/II/III) supporting a region with administrative functions across contract administration, procurement/payables, inventory, budgeting/forecasting, metrics, training/support activities, and compliance. The role manages operational administrative workflows such as invoice processing, inventory-related reporting, fleet coordination, and data retention programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support contract administration, procurement and payables, and inventory
- Perform budgeting/forecasting and invoice processing activities
- Analyze demand patterns, safety stock, and inventory turnover
- Coordinate fleet and building maintenance activities
- Manage PSM and WIMS data retention programs and compliance
