Field Operations Associate

This hybrid KeepStock/Branch role focuses on customer-facing work in both the branch and on customer sites. You will own the customer experience by selecting products, entering and maintaining orders accurately, and picking products safely while capitalizing on sales and service opportunities.

• Serve customers in-branch and on customer sites
• Own the entire customer experience (product selection, accurate order entry, order maintenance)
• Accurately and safely pick product

The role uses practical computer acumen for order-entry and maintenance activities while managing customer-facing workflows. It combines branch execution with road-based servicing of customer accounts to meet service goals.
