About this role
Drive regional field and partner marketing programs to generate qualified leads and accelerate deals in the West region for Halcyon’s cybersecurity offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional campaigns with partners to generate leads and accelerate deals
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to understand pipeline needs
- Partner with product marketing and enablement to deliver messaging for CISOs and IT leaders
- Create co-branded assets and campaign kits
- Manage MDF budgets and approvals
Technical Overview
Role relies on CRM and marketing automation, primarily Salesforce with HubSpot/Marketo for campaign execution. Focus on ABM, MDF budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across product marketing, sales, and partner teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level marketing professional with 4-7 years of field/partner marketing experience in a B2B cybersecurity or SaaS environment, skilled at building multi-channel campaigns and managing partner programs. They excel at cross-functional collaboration, CRM/tool proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo), and driving measurable pipeline in the West region.
