About this role
This role hires a Field Sales Representative (Protected Category) based in Italy to own accounts and build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. You will drive technical engagement through training, meetings, and support from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain influential customer, supplier, and partner relationships
- Prepare and conduct training sessions and technical meetings
- Influence technical direction and priorities in customer projects
- Attend supplier training events and stay current on product technologies and road maps
- Manage designs from conception to production and provide sales support including customer visits and engineering services
Technical Overview
The position is technical sales for RF and wireless communications, IoT, power conversion, and renewable energy products. The core focus is creating demand and influencing technical direction in customer projects, including preparation of training sessions and management of designs from conception to production.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an 8+ year technical field sales professional, ideally with distribution background, responsible for accounts in Italy. They are fluent in Italian and English (at least B2), strong at negotiation and relationship building, and able to manage designs from conception to production while supporting customer engineering teams with training and technical meetings.
