Provide on-site engineering service and maintenance for Lam Research equipment in the Austin area; troubleshoot, repair, and optimize field performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair
- Troubleshoot issues and provide remote support as needed

- Document service activities and update CRM
- Travel to customer sites as required
