The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT service desk professional with 3+ years of Windows/Office 365/Intune experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to support complex user environments. They should be adept at deploying software, troubleshooting workstation issues, and communicating effectively with colleagues.
