About this role
Provide IT support at RS&H in a remote stance with onsite requirements, focusing on Windows, Office 365, Intune, and software deployment. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned processes, desktop imaging, and end-user assistance across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, upgrade, and uninstall applications; perform data recovery and software troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair hardware components; manage parts and inventory
- On-site support for network devices and collaboration systems
- Deliver end-user training and documentation
Technical Overview
Stack includes Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, Intune, Software Center, PC deployment and diagnostics, basic networking, and ITIL-based ITSM practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT service desk professional with 3+ years of Windows/Office 365/Intune experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to support complex user environments.
