About this role
Support Philips’ Disease Management Solutions by installing, upgrading, and servicing DMS products nationwide. Troubleshoot issues onsite and remotely while providing basic product introductions and non-clinical training as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation (new and upgrades) and service for DMS products
- Provide remote customer support using approved software tools
- Troubleshoot and maintain life-impacting technology onsite and remotely
- Deliver basic product introductions and non-clinical training as required
- Solve real-time challenges for customers nationwide
Technical Overview
Hands-on field support for DMS hardware/technology with installation and maintenance responsibilities. Provides remote customer support using approved software tools and works across Microsoft operating systems and PC-based applications for support and diagnostics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level field service technician with at least 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment in a customer-facing role. They are comfortable troubleshooting and installing Disease Management Solutions (DMS) products and providing remote customer support using approved software tools with proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and PC-based applications.
