About this role
Field Service Technician role for industrial weighing products, responsible for maintaining equipment at customer sites. The work includes preventative maintenance, calibrations, basic repairs, documentation, and end-user training while complying with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration
- Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations and repairs
- Provide end-user training so operators can use and care for equipment
- Document work performed and update service records in the service database daily
- Maintain vehicle and parts inventory and follow safety and quality policies
Technical Overview
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on industrial floor scales and bench scales, troubleshooting basic issues and supporting installations or repairs as needed. Uses a company laptop and service software to document daily work and keep service records and service database data accurate, coordinating with scheduling and service support teams.
