Field Service Technician in Texas providing start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair, and training for safety-insensitive MT-PI equipment, ensuring high-quality on-site support and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Satisfy all Safety Requirements for MT-PI and Customer Sites
- Attend tier calls led by a Regional Service Manager
- Efficiently execute scheduled service calls
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Identify root causes and document service activities
Technical Overview
Hands-on field service for Safeline X-Ray, Safeline Metal Detectors, Hi-Speed Checkweighers, CI Vision; requires adherence to SOPs and safe operation practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a capable Field Technician with experience delivering field service support for packaging and inspection equipment, strong customer-facing communication, and solid documentation skills. Comfort with on-site work in Texas and ability to follow SOPs is essential.
