Key Responsibilities

  • Direct turbine floor personnel; coordinate outage activities; communicate with OS&A and management; oversee resources and milestones; enforce training and CAP procedures

Technical Overview

Outage planning and execution within energy and nuclear operations; adherence to HU/THU and CAP frameworks; coaching of multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced field services leader with 5+ years in turbine outage execution or nuclear operations, holding a degree or SRO license, and able to coach teams to operate safely and efficiently under outage conditions.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience ORCurrent or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience ORAssociate's degree with 7 years of related experience ORHigh school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experienceMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements
